Non Closable Bitdefender Box Advertising

Greetings, as of this morning I have a Bitdefender Box advertisement open on my screen above the notifications area that I can not seem to close with conventional methods.
help with this matter would be appreciated, screen shot attached.

We greatly apologize for the inconvenience, IPM has been stopped.
If you wish to disable further advertisements as this one(without the glitch of course) you can disable the feature from General Settings > Display special offers and product notifications.
