Ransomware and Malware warnings for common programs?

I have the 30 day trial version of Total Security 2017. Am thinking of purchasing but I have a couple issues. Here's one, the other is in the Update thread.

I get errors of malware and ransomware that I'm pretty sure are common Windows programs.

One is: C/Windows/Explorer.EXE

Another is Wordpad.

Why would bitdefender warn of basic Windows apps?

What is the best way to get support for this issue? Apparently not here, so is it email support or is there a phone or?

I think that your machine is infected because i don't have that issue
