Can use only 3 of my 5 devices!!!!!!!!!

Would somebody of bitdefnder give me the solution so i get what i am payd for?

3 devices are protected by bitdefender and while having a subscription for 5 you see 3 and the counter states 5/5

very frustrating.

Your subscription has been refreshed you should no longer encounter this issue.
