BItdefender won't continue installation

I'm constantly stuck in an endless loop of pressing the "continue" button when a window pops up suggesting that I need uninstall any other anti-virus programs before proceeding with installation. I have already uninstalled my anti-virus program, yet i still get the same message. When I attempt installation, I get that same window and it disappears after i click "continue". I even tried the offline attempt, but it still didn't work. The disk I bought doesn't seem to pick up either.

Please ensure that the previous anti-virus is properly removed from the machine.
I would advise going to their website to download a removal tool just to be safe.0
