I've installed Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2017 (30-day free trial) today and when I run a Quick Scan, elapsed time counts up but Scanned items stays at 0. The progress remains stuck a 1%. Any ideas? I tried running the uninstaller and I've reinstalled, but the issue repeats. The previous virus program has been removed. Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2017 has been updated. Was considering purchasing, but if it won't scan, I can't buy it. Thanks.
