FRAMS Content Filter

Hi,

I am using the content filter of FRAMS trying to ignore e-mails based on its subject. The emails are matching the filter, but it keeps marking the e-mail as SPAM and its subject comes with [SPAM] tag. 

Could you help us with this situation?
