Re-Install BD 2017

Hello all,

I had BD 2017 installed on my laptop. I restored a previous image, that did not contain BD. Now when I try to re-install BD it does not allow me to do so. I get the BD Agent installed but nothing else kicks off. I have removed the BD Agent multiple times, with multiple reboots, but no go. I have even removed the laptop from the BD Cental dialog and still no go. What is happening here and how do I rectify it?

I have also run the uninstall tool, rebooted, and tried a new install. No go. It kicks off the install but never starts to download the install files.
