Code remnant removal

I have decided against installing the free version of Bitdefender.  I am now constantly receiving the following message whenever I boot my computer however:

"Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"

Even though I reply "NO" each time, Windows 10 continues to ask me this question whenever I start my laptop.  As you might understand, this is annoying.

How can I permanently remove this code from my device?

You can open your Start-up items from the task manager and remove the installer there.

Alternatively you can use Autoruns to remove the entry from the startup.
