BD Keeps asking to log in / create user account

Hi,

I've installed BD total security yesterday on a new computer, your servers seemed to have problems and the support tab in BD Central is still unavailable, still got lucky after several hours and was finally able to log in.

The problem now is that BD is asking me to log in / create a new account at every restart, if I just close the window it keeps popping up. It looks activated, Central also lists it as protected. This is highly annoying, what can I do to fix it?
