After responding to Bitdefender request to restart my computer to receive a new version of my Bitdefender anti virus, it then said I must Uninstall my current version and then restart again to download new version. When I did that, a message flashed that the new version is not compatible with my operating system (Windows 10). Now I have no Bitdefender at all!!! What is going on? How do I get it back without paying for a new product?
