Has anyone had problems with Bitdefender updates on Windows 10?

I recently changed my software security provider to Bitdefender. After paying Bitdefender for an install and setup, the software refuses to accept updates from Bitdefender, issuing error code 100. The program has never worked since install. I have contacted Bitdefender many times, and sent several service tickets, all with no response from Bitdefender. Since Bitdefender is unable/unwilling to fix the problem; is the 2017 version of Bitdefender actually compatible with Windows 10? Is there anyone out there that is successfully running this software with no issues on Windows 10? I work in seosem.hr digital agency, we have more than 20 computers and our problem is very serious for us.
