Anti-Ransomware tool failing to stay running

the anti-ransomware tool is installed on several windows 7 machines. after multiple sleeps, the tray icon does not return, and the process is not found in task manager. at times during startup the tray icon is missing, but the process can be found, then after several sleeps, the process disappears. once the process has disappeared, clicking the program icon will load the process and tray icon, which works until several sleeps later. the tool typically fails after 1-5 sleeps.
separately: there is no category in email support or this forum for the standalone anti-ransomware tool. LUNA chat support could not understand my question, and there was no option to transfer to a live representative as the website stated.
