BD TrafficLight blocking a NGO secure website

Hello, i'm the developer from https://habitatbrasil.org.br, a very respectful social organization in Brazil and world (Habitat for Humanity), we are 100% secure with SSL and so. Today a donator come to us and stopped his monthly donations because his BD TrafficLight says our website is a fraud (look image below). If my site are 100% secure, with https, how TrafficLight is affirming we are a fraud? How that can be possible?
