Bitdefender Total Security not Blocking Dinoraptzor

So I got dinoraptzor. What it does is whenever I booted my PC it always open up a link "dinoraptzor.com" from my default browser. I already fixed this problem through googling but why did Bitdefender not blocking this virus?
