Safepay and Keepass?

I have all my passwords stored within Keepass password manager. Is there any way to have Keepass work with Safepay? I don't see the point of running two managers?

Due to the security measures enforced by Safepay, no other wallet besides Bitdefender will be able to autofill your credentials while using Safepay.
