Try these steps:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Programs and features
3. Double-click Bitdefenter Total Security (or Internet Security)
Then, from the newly opened window, choose Reinstall Bitdefender.
Success!

Sorry - what I meant was that I can't find the extension in the settings in browser anymore. I can find Trafficlight..0 -
Please let me know what operating system is your device running. Also, if you go to Bitdefender > Privacy > Wallet's Settings can you enable the extensions for your browsers?0 -
Hi Alex
I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and Firefox and Google Chrome. In Bitdefender Internet Security the in settings for the wallet the both browsers is greyed out and only safepay is ok. As Matei suggested Bitdefender is reinstalled.

Hi Alex.
I tried to logo as administrator and could install the wallet. When I logged on as my self the line in settings in wallet about installing the wallet to my two browsers was not greyed out anymore and I could install the extension for my profile and activate it for the browsers. Problem solved.
Thanks for the suggestions.
