My device is not visible on Bitdefender central after I installed it in a second computer

Apparently the antivirus is working, but I can no longer see my device when I login on my account. Why is that? Is it a big problem?

    I would suggest that you sign out and back into your antivirus using your Bitdefender Central credentials, this will basically resynchronize your security solution with your antivirus, in case this did not occur correctly after the installation was completed:

    - Open Bitdefender

    - Click on My Account

    - Click on 'Switch Account' on the top right of the screen, and enter your Bitdefender Central credentials again.
