How do I reinstall BD Total Security 2020 and VPN when they no longer appear as programs on my HDD?

Last month I purchased BD Total Security 2020 as well as Premium VPN for one year covering 5 devices but I have only 4 being used, On my Windows 10 laptop I recently ran into some problems and to get it recovered by the manufacturer I had to wipe my hard drive and get a minimal windows 10 install.

Since I lost all of my extra programs BitDefender no longer appears under Programs and Features so I cannot use the Uninstall method suggested to uninstall and automatically download and reinstall. So I am seeking a method to do this that Bitdefender supports. Thanks for any and all assistance and suggestions.
