Issues testing BitDefender on Android and on iPadOS. Is it working properly?

I have just started the 30 day trial of the Family Pack. To begin with, I installed the product on a phone running the latest Android 10 and on an iPad running the latest iPadOS 13.5. During my tests, I run into several issues. Could you please help with/explain any of them?

Testing Web Protection using the Free Tools of the AMTSO website:

https://www.amtso.org/security-features-check/

There are no dedicated tests to iPadOS, so I tested my Android device only, with web protection ON. If you want to try them, please make sure to scroll down to the Android tests.

  1. Using Chrome, both the "manual", the "drive-by download" and the "PUA" tests download the "infected" APK file without warning, the browser even offering to open them. As my device is configured to install apps only from the Play Store, I cannot run them, of course. My problem is that Bitdefender did not intervene at any point of this process. However, if I start a manual scan, it finds and reports the infected files in the Downloads folder.
  2. The "phishing" test is correctly blocked by Bitdefender. However, the "TAKE ME BACK TO SAFETY" button does not work, it gives an empty page from which I cannot go anywhere.

I have also noticed, that I cannot connect to the topmost level of the AMTSO website (https://www.amtso.org) using my iPad when Web Protection is ON. Why is it blocked???

Testing the Anti-Theft protection

I tried to simulate that my phone and iPad are stolen and tried to lock them from Bitdefender Central. When pressing the respective buttons, I was informed that a "A lock command has been sent to your device.", but nothing happened on my devices. I could continue using them happily. Can I conclude that tis feature is not working, or am I misunderstanding something here?

Account Privacy

I have an email address that is reported to be clean ("no leaks found"), though I know that this is not the case. Simply entering it into https://haveibeenpwned.com, I can see that it is "Pwned on 2 breached sites".

These experiences of mine are rather worrisome, because the only thing which is worse than being unprotected is being unprotected while you think that you are protected. I would be happy to receive reassuring answers/comments. Thank you.
