Hello Expert,

I had a product (old) Bitdefender Internet Security 2019, I have unistalled the (old) 2019 product seeing that it was close to it's expiration data and bought and installed Bitdefender Total Security 2020 (new). I'm seeing that I still have Bitdefender Internet Security 2019 (old) even after installing the (new) product Bitdefender Total Security 2020. I'm also seeing that the

Kindly go forward and uninstall the bitdefender product using the bitdefender product uninstaller from below website. Kindly choose appropriate uninstaller in accordance to your product.

Next, restart your computer and after booting back to desktop, kindly check if bitdefender agent is still installed in add remove programs. If it s present kindly run the uninstallation from add remove programs and then restart your pc. After restart you can install BTS 2020. If there is no bitdefender agent present in add remove programs, you can directly go forward with installation of BTS 2020.
