Bitdefender Box Not seeing my appliances and printers

I recently installed a new wireless printer. I checked it on Box a couple of days later. The printer is not being seen (protected.) I also noticed many of the appliances and devices that had previously been protected are no longer visible.


Has anyone seen this before
