Forgot activation code

Hi folks!

I'm from India. I bought the bitdefender 1pc 3yrs pack from Amazon,India and installed it in my Pc on August,2018.Today, i found that bit defender is asking for Activation code. Checking in bitdefender central i found that i still have 369 days of subscription left. How can i recover my Activation code?

I lost the packet with which the Activation code came with. Please help me.

From the image it seems you still have 369 days available in your subscription.

In order to get your activation code, kindly drop an email to bitdefender support at bitsy@bitdefender.com stating your concern with the email you use to sign into your central account. The email address registered with the central account will help the support team to provide the activation code that is associated with it. But make sure you drop the email from your associated central account email.
