Unable to activate protection on my android device.

I recently bought a new laptop and wanted to install total security on it. I already had 3 devices 3year subscription so I tried to buy 2 more devices from bitdefender website but I was unable to buy them. So I removed one of my android device(1) from my central account in order to activate it on my laptop and brought a subscription of mobile security for my android device(1). It successfully activated on my laptop but while activating the new code using my central account on my android(1) my other android device(2) was removed and the subscription and the validity of my android(1) was merged with old subscription. But in central I still have one slot of total security empty but on installing it is not activating.

Plz. Help
