AntiTracking Engine Redirecting to ClickServe malware? Mac

Most of the time now, I do a google search on something, I then click on the link and get a window with a big url as in the attached screenshot.
If I turn of the Bitdefender anti tracking engine, I don't get the error. Please advise. thanks.
