Chromebook and Android Activity Not Showing in Parental Control


Hi All - I am not seeing any application or screen activity in parental control across three devices (two Chromebooks and one Android phone). My hope is to view screen time and applications used. This should be supported, correct? And, if so, are there any extra special/tricky configuration settings that need to be made? The devices do show in "My Devices" as safe. Also, I can see activity from other devices, just not those three. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
