Bitdefender causing issues
Bitdefender has completely disappeared from my laptop. I did uninstall it from the apps and features, but when I try re installing it from central it initialises and then crashes. Also, windows update has been unresponsive. Not sure what is going on, has anybody got a clue? Also, windows defender is completely unfunctional.

Could you provide additional information about which Windows system is installed on your device and which Bitdefender product was installed on your computer?

Thought I would try the BD VPN free package using W10 and Edge. Seems to block my use of Bt email although I have uninstalled my paid for Bt security and use BD Internet Security 2020 instead?

I'm having problems with my VPN on my Samsung S10. When I have it connected Iy would let me on anything it locks them all out so I have to turn it off to get on. Can you please tell me what is going on. Thanks

Have you tried switching off Active Hours?
