Scheduled PowerShell ****** Blocked

With one of the last updates, BD started to alert about a scheduled PowerShell ****** I have had running for years. This ****** runs every 5 minutes 24x7 initiating a silent beep to keep my USB speaker alive.

There appears to be no way to whitelist this job without whitelisting PowerShell.EXE which is not a good thing. Is there some way I can tell BD that this is a known safe action?
