How does the screen time works???

So my chile has got two devices. They are both assigned to her profile on my account.

Now...

Her screen time finished on her laptop so she jumped on her mobile.

How to control both devices?

Is the time limit is for All of the devices in that profile or every single one separately, if yes then how to control it?
