I have been advised to 'switch account' to activate my subscription on my other device, but cannot f

the switch account feature?

  • Open bitdefender dashboard by double clicking the bitdefender icon which is located in the task bar. Then select account option. Under your email address, you can find the switch account option.

  • No unfortunately I have been unable to find any task bar, so not located any account option. Had so much trouble with this system and not easy by any means to navigate the instructions. Some features just don't seem to be available.
