Windows Crashing while doing System scan

I have started my 30 day trial with bitdefender plus in hopes that its the best antivirus out there and that id buy the premium version once trial ends. So far I have tried doing 3 deep scans (system scans) and not once it finished, my windows gives me a blue screen that says an error has occurred and that its gonna restart automatically. (and to visit windows.com/stopcode...)
This has never happened before I installed bitdefender.
Please I need your assistance on this..

Kindly share what is written in front of stopcode when BSOD occurs.
