On a trial ZERO support

At the risk of inflaming the fanbois.
Bitdefender support sucks.
Send an email and get no reply.
Back to Kaspersky for me I guess.
At least they reply.

    If you have a genuine problem, let us know here. Bitdefender support receive massive amount of tickets daily. Answering to all ticket in short amount of time is not possible and that is why forum has been created. We do have different staff members here on the forum which can help you.

    Additionally, user who have a genuine paid license key are given higher priority than the trial user and then comes the free user.
