hi all,
please any one faced an issue regarding MAC where the one that is appearing on the dashboard is not the real one for some devices!
and another issue, i have some devices categorized as "At risk" and it seems that the service has not been installed on it but the service is existed and when i run the it the result is the device is secure and protected but the status is still "At risk".
advise plz.
