My device it at risk?

On the bit defender website it says my mail pc is at risk because bit defender protection is not installed. However it is installed. I tried uninstalling and re installing but this didnt fix the issue. I have also re installed windows (for other reasons) and after installing bitdefender it still says it is not installed on the website. Note I have anotrher device protected by bitdefender and I dont get the
