My device it at risk?

On the bit defender website it says my mail pc is at risk because bit defender protection is not installed. However it is installed. I tried uninstalling and re installing but this didn't fix the issue. I have also re installed windows (for other reasons) and after installing Bitdefender it still says it is not installed on the website. Note I have another device protected by Bitdefender and I don't get the warning for that device. Any help would be appreciated.
