Worst customer support ever.

I have tried Bitdefender and when it stopped working, I tried using the chat, but the agent closes it every time I try to start a conversation. Then I sent the company an email, but no response. This is why I went and typed my experience on the forum. I am never using the customer support for Bitdefender ever again.
