Suspect connexion blocked when on paypal login page

Hello!
Like the title says, bitdefender detects and blocks a suspect connexion when I try to login to my paypal account using firefox and chrome, (and surely with other browser that I have not tried). My pc must be infected with something but the system analysis finds nothing. What can I do to find and get rid of this annoying malware ?
