Malware Detected on Boot?

Hello,

It appears that potentially something was detected on boot. When I started up my computer I received a message that antivirus was deleting something, but there was no indication of what. There does not appear to be a log of this in my BitDefender UI. How can I figure out what was detected and deleted?
