Can't connect to server

Hi all,

I keep running into a problem where the Traffic Light extension can't connect to the Bitdefender server, and then I have to go back and forwards a few times before it'll connect. It's only happening on Firefox and when navigating to websites via Duckduckgo

Anyone having a similar problem and anyone at Bitdefender aware of the issue and has plans to address it?

  • Currently, bitdefender trafficlight is perfectly working in both chrome and firefox without any issue. Trying removing the add-on from firefox and then reinstall it.
