Bitdefender Premium VPN (25.4.4.44) - Broken tunnel

Following a Windows update to Windows 10 21H1 (Build 19043.1288), I find that I'm frequently getting the VPN dropping with the error 'Broken Tunnel'. I've tried various Virtual Locations in addition to the Automatic - same issue. The computer is on a wired connection which is 100% stable when not using the VPN, and network monitoring confirm the internet connection is not dropping out.
