BD Firewall constantly blocking windows services

Hi - I have just got a new laptop running Windows 11 and installed BD on it. I am constantly getting warnings asking me to Allow or Block applications but the message is obscured see below. It looks like a windows service but neither Allowing or Blocking will stop it. How can i find the service which is being highlighted? Should I allow or block it?
