Integrated tool for create a ticket and contacting support


I am unpleasantly surprised because in the previous version there was the possibility to contact directly the support opening the integrated tool and after reproducing the problem the tool collected the logs.

Unfortunately this very useful feature seems to have disappeared.

    In a way it was indeed faster/ more ergonomical to reach support and upload logs like that. But in many ways the new interface we wanted to provide access to multiple contact methods (chat, phone, email) + useful (and enhanced) support materials.
