CC renewal refusal
I've had an odd problem and I think it must be a deliberate sabotaging of the renewal process to force a product switch.
2Checkout emailed me saying they could not process the payment for renewal. Click through try to process the payment and the payment will not process. Good card - good credit limit. Login to my BitDefender account and try to renew there and I'm taken to a whole list of new products with completely different names from the subscription I had. So not only does BitDefender refuse to process the payment - it insists on my changing the product I subscribed to in the first place. Clever tactic that, but really it is only going to result in my changing the software to another provider - BitDefender is not the only AV on the planet. If they don't want to take my money someone else will.
