I Forgot My App Lock Pin. How Do I Reset It?

I seem to have forgotten my App Lock PIN and I need to reset it. However, when I click the "I forgot my PIN" link in the app, I am simply routed back to the general Bitdefender Central homepage (so much for being user friendly), and I cannot figure out where I need to go on Bitdefender Central to change my App Lock PIN.

I looked on the Support Center and found this article: https://central.bitdefender.com/support/3930459441/article/19987. Question 6 in the article explains how to change your PIN, but the process outlined requires you to enter your current PIN....which of course I can't recall....

Please help. This is getting really frustrating. For context, I'm on a newish Android device.

go to Bitdefender Central

click on the device

sounds strange but click on rename and the new window shows you the PIN

I tried to use the PIN from rename screen but it's not correct :(
