Xampp with MySql is loading very hard to none

Hi,

After i installed Bitdefender Total Security, is very har to work on my xampp. Now is ok and after minutes site won't load.

I changed my port to 3307 but nothing, the same, is loading slow to none.

I added rule and choose myswl.exe and localhost ip with port 3307, nothing works.

Can this be solved or i need to use other antivirus?

I have 3device licences for bitdefender.
