Why can't I exclude a certain path?

Hello,

I've got a problem. I need to exclude a folder (actually app), but bitdefender is blocking it. When I try to exclude it, it does not work. It doesn't let me exclude it.

Why? What can I do to fix it?

Attached screenshot is one from Bitdefender when I tried excluding it, the other one is from the launcher in the folder.
