I have a problem with the firewall.

Hi, I have a problem with the firewall. Warning mode does not work. It is turned on. If I manually block the application, the firewall blocks access, but otherwise it chooses what's best without notification. It used to be great, but not anymore. Anyone know the solution? Reinstalling doesn't help. It's okay for a while, then it's the same again. Applies to Windows 10
