even though it says 340 something days left it wont do a individual file folder scan and is doing a pop up every time i ask it to i agree to it to start scan and nothing happens! and now app is loading slow weird and lagy

Out of the 5 protected devices, on what device do you encounter this? Is it running Windows or Mac?
Does the slowdown occur on a particular device, or is it manifesting on all devices covered by the subscription?
Did you experience this after a system update, by any chance?
The product is indeed valid for a full year from now.

windows this part dose not work it has little blue load wheel on mouse then nothing happens or pops up at all! even the drag to widget and scan is not working!
and yes pc crashed i had to reinstall the app on windows 10 pc and now it wont work! it says its fully updated i have it set to check every hour! and still nothing! thank you in advance for your assistance! the rest of the program seems to be working!
