restore

have had a problem with pc, and wanted to do a restore to try and correct the problem, but i have tried 3 different restore points, and even tried an undo restore, and each time it did not complete, and give a possible cause being my anti virus could be doing this. is there some kind of trick as to making this work? if i do manage doing a restore, what kind of problems might i have getting mt virus programa back?

Hi @jimbo160,

Try to uninstall Bitdefender, restore, then reinstall. Make sure to backup any wallet info.
