Why is Mobile Password Manager unable to import my Bitdefender Wallet .csv?

I have installed the password manager on my Apple mobile device and have tried to import my passwords from the desktop application, but it fails to import into the mobile app.

I already confirmed the file is the proper format, made sure the password is correct and tried both Bitdefender Wallet and Bitdefender Password Manager, but neither has worked.
