Why Bitdefender unable to play sound in do not disturb mode

When i tried to find my device i play sound to locate but i found that my phone was in do not disturb mode. why this happens?

    Hello @Aravind_007 and welcome to the Community!

    It is quite possible that the sound will not play on some phones while in DND mode.. if you disable DND, does it play the sound?
